BAKED CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. raw rice
1/2 can Chinese noodles

Brown meat. Partially cook celery and onion in 1/2 cup water. Mix everything but noodles together; pour into greased casserole. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. About 20 minutes before baking time is up, sprinkle on the noodles. Serves 6.
