1 lbs. stew meat
2 med. carrots
2 onions
3 potatoes
1/4 c. pickle juice
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Place all ingredients in large casserole with lid. Cover and bake 5 hours.
