GOLDEN GRANOLA POUND CAKE 
CAKE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
8 oz. carton plain yogurt
3 eggs
1 c. granola

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 1/2 tsp. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch angel food tube pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil, yogurt, and eggs at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour half the batter into prepared pan; sprinkle evenly with 1/2 cup granola. Spread remaining batter over granola and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup granola.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool, upright, in pan 30 minutes. Invert onto large plate or cookie sheet; then invert again onto serving plate, granola side up.
