PICKLED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed hot pepper
1 clove garlic, cut up
1/2 c. olive oil

Boil water, and add mushrooms. Cook 1-2 minutes. Drain, cool, and put in quart jars. Combine all other ingredients and add to mushrooms. Shake in jar and let stand for 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
