CARROT & CORN MUFFINS 
1 pkg. corn muffin mix
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. grated raw carrots

Blend lightly. Put in greased muffin tins.

TOPPING:

2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. oil

Mix and sprinkle on tops.

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Delectable.
