MY BEST BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3 sm. or 2 lb. bananas
1 tsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Cream sugar and butter. Add egg and mashed bananas. Add vinegar to milk until curdled; mix into banana mixture. Combine dry ingredients and beat in. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 17-20 minutes, or 1 loaf pan at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Variations: Add chocolate chips and chopped maraschino cherries for delicious snack bread or top with streusel of 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup rolled oats, and 1 tablespoon shortening crumbled together.
