LAZY LASAGNA 
29 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
16 oz. cottage cheese, mixed with 8 oz. plain yogurt
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. water

Spread about 1 cup spaghetti sauce in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Layer 1/3 each of noodles, cottage cheese-yogurt mixture, Mozzarella, remaining spaghetti sauce and Parmesan; repeat twice. Pour water around sides of pan. Cover tight with foil and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
