LAZY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. Cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 uncooked lasagna noodles
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese slices
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. water

Cook ground beef until brown, drain. fat. Add spaghetti sauce to drained beef and heat on low, stirring occasionally. Combine Cottage cheese and sour cream in bowl; blend well.

Spoon 1 1/2 cups meat sauce in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Place 1/2 uncooked noodles on top. Then 1/2 the cheese mixture, 4 slices Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the remaining meat sauce. Repeat layers starting with noodles. Top with remaining Mozzarella.

Pour water around sides of pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer. Serves 8-10.
