CAROL'S PECAN TARTS 
CRUST:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour

Blend together cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter and flour. Chill. Roll in 1-inch balls and mold into mini muffin pan.

FILLING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt
3/4 c. pecans, chopped

Beat filling well. Using 3/4 cup chopped pecans, sprinkle nuts in each shell. Add filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes.
