CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 stick butter
1 sm. can coconut (4 oz.)
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 lb. powdered sugar (2 boxes 10X)
3 lg. bottles cherries
3/4 bar wax
1 bag (12 oz.) chocolate chips semi-sweet

Hand mix first 5 ingredients. Drain cherries good. Mold mixer around cherries (use flour on hand to keep from sticking). Freeze covered cherries for 1/2 hour or longer. Melt wax and chocolate, take toothpicks (6 at a time) dip in chocolate. Make sure all holes are covered with chocolate.
