APPLE KUCHEN 
1/2 c. softened butter
1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut and pat mixture lightly into an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan slightly building up the edges. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange apples on the warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle on apples. Blend sour cream and egg yolks then drizzle over apples (topping will not cover apples completely). Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm. Good for dessert or breakfast.
