1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 (22 oz.) can pie apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg white
1/2 c. sour cream

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Pat into 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan building edges up slightly. Bake crust at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, remove from oven. Let cool slightly. Spread pie apples over crust; mix sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples.

Mix together sour cream and egg white, beat until smooth. Drizzle over apple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving. Cut into 2 inch squares. Makes approximately 28 servings. Tastes great ala mode!
