APPLE KUCHEN 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter

Mix the flour, sugar, salt and room temperature butter, like a pie crust. Put in an ungreased 7 x 11 inch pan. Slice about 4 cups of apples and put on top of crust. Mix the topping ingredients until crumbly and put on top of the apples. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
