CHEESE BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. shortening
About 3/4 c. milk
1/2 of 10 oz. Kraft Cracker Barrel cheese - sharp

Mix and sift dry ingredients. Blend in shortening until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Add cheese (grated). Add milk, stirring with a fork. Turn onto a slightly floured board. Pat out to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut with floured cutter. Bake on ungreased sheet in an hot oven (450 degrees) for 12 to 15 minutes.
