CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts, boiled and deboned
1 box Escort crackers
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box sour cream
1 can sliced water chestnuts, if desired

Line Pyrex dish with whole crackers. Put pats of butter on crackers. Layer chicken on top of crackers. If you like the water chestnuts, put them on top of the chicken. Mix soups and sour cream together and pour over all. Crumble more crackers on top and pat with butter.

Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. May be kept in refrigerator overnight before cooking, or frozen until ready to bake.
