CHICKEN STUFFED PEPPERS 
6 med. sized green peppers
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix
1 c. whole kernel corn
2 c. diced cooked chicken
Dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Paprika

Cut tops from peppers, remove seeds and membranes and wash inside and out. Place peppers, one cup water and salt in saucepan; cover and cook about 8 minutes; drain well.

Add remaining cup water to sauce mix and bring to boiling; add corn, chicken, pepper and poultry seasoning. Pile mixture loosely into peppers; sprinkle with crumbs and paprika.

Place in shall baking dish; add water to cover bottom of dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serves 6.
