CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 chicken, stewed & boned
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Crushed Ritz crackers

Cook broccoli tender crisp. DO NOT OVER COOK. Arrange in bottom of fairly large greased casserole dish or use 9"x13" pan. Put boned chicken on top. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder and pour over top. Spread shredded cheese over top and sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6 very adequately.
