MACARONI SALAD 
1 1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 sm. jar pimientos
1 med. onion
1/2 c. chopped pickles
1/2 lb. cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cook macaroni and cool. Mix sugar, cornstarch, pepper, salt, egg, mustard and milk. Cook 3 or 4 minutes. Stir while cooking, cool and add vinegar and beat real well. Chop pickles, onions and pimientos. Cut up cheese. Mix all ingredients well.
