BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. crushed walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 or 4 bananas, sliced
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed, drained
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Chopped red cherries

Melt 1/2 cup butter and add graham cracker crumbs; mix well and pat into a 9x13 pan. Combine sugar, eggs, and 1/2 cup soft butter and vanilla. Beat until smooth and creamy; spread over cracker crust. Add a layer of bananas and pineapple; spread Cool Whip over fruit. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and chopped cherries. Refrigerate until set.

Serves 12-15.
