BUTTER RAISIN TARTS 
1 c. raisins
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3/4 c. water
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Make pastry for 9 inch pie crust

Combine all ingredients and cook over low heat for 8 or 10 minutes. Line the cups of a muffin pan with pie crust. Spoon the filling into the crusts and bake for 25 minutes in 400 degree oven. Servings: 12.
