1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. oil
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients into bowl or baking pan (8 x 8 inch). Make 3 depressions and place vinegar in one, oil and vanilla in second and water in third. Mix well. Bake 25-30 minutes or until done.
