3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. cold water
1 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. cocoa powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil

Mix dry ingredients; add remainder of items and mix well. Bake in 9x13-inch greased pan at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes.
