MEXICAN CORN PUDDING | |
1 can shoe peg corn 1 can cream-style corn 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix 1/2 (4 oz.) carton sour cream 2 eggs 4 oz. grated cheese 3 or 4 chopped jalapeno peppers Mix all ingredients together and place in greased dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Put some extra cheese on top before baking. |
