CHOCOLATE SYRUP BROWNIES 
These brownies are great with or without frosting!

Brownies:

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup (Hershey's) (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, chocolate syrup and vanilla. Mix until blended then add dry ingredients. Bake in a greased 9x13-inch pan at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting:

1 1/2 cups sugar
6 tbsp. milk
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Put sugar, milk and butter in a pan. Stir and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Add chocolate chips, beat until smooth. Pour over baked brownies and spread.
