BROWNIES WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts

Mix butter and sugar. Add chocolate syrup. Add eggs one at a time beating good. Add flour and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes in jelly roll pan.

FROSTING FOR BROWNIES:

6 tbsp. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
6 tbsp. milk

Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips and beat well. Spread on brownies.

Note: There is no baking powder or soda in the recipe.
