CHICKEN TACO CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
black pepper to taste
1 bag Doritos, crushed
shredded cheese

Boil and debone chicken. Place crushed Doritos in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients except shredded cheese. Pour over chips. Top with shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done.

Note: When using chicken broth, it is best to use broth from your chicken.
