CHICKEN MEDLEY 
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
4 lg. chicken breasts - cooked and boned
1 bunch of broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
8 oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs mixed with 3 tbsp. melted butter

1. Blend soup and mayonnaise. Add lemon and curry and blend.

2. Prepare stuffing and spread in bottom of greased 10 x 13 pan.

3. Cook broccoli and arrange on top of stuffing.

4. Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and put on top of broccoli.

5. Pour soup mixture over top.

6. Sprinkle with cheese.

7. Cover with buttered bread crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
