BEEF FAJITAS 
2 lbs. skirt steak
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 lime
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 c. red wine or 12 oz. beer
1 tsp. fajita seasoning

Mix all ingredients; marinate meat for 24 hours. Cook over low fire on grill. (Grilled onions and bell peppers go well with this.)
