MOLDED GUACAMOLE SALAD 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
2 avocados, halved, seeded, peeled, and mashed
1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. thinly chopped celery
1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers, rinsed, seeded, and chopped
1/2 tsp. onion powder

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Add sugar and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Combine avocados, yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, onion powder, and pepper sauce. Stir in gelatin mixture and 1 3/4 cups water. Chill until partially set. Fold in celery and chili peppers. Turn into a 5 1/2 cup mold. Chill until firm. Serves 10.
