BROCCOLI RAISIN SALAD 
2 to 3 bunches fresh broccoli cut into bite size pieces
4 strips cooked bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/2 med. red onion cut in rings
1/2 c. golden raisins

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. cider vinegar

Combine dressing ingredients, mix well. Add first 4 ingredients and toss. Placed in airtight container, serves 6 to 8.
