MEXICAN SALAD | |
1 head lettuce 1 med. onion, chopped 3 tomatoes, chopped 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 8 oz. pkg. corn chips 1 lb. hamburger meat 1 bottle catalina salad dressing 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans Chop onion, tomatoes and lettuce. Toss with grated cheese and dressing. Add chips. Brown ground beef and drain. Add kidney beans and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix into cold salad. Serve at once. |
