CHILI CON QUESO 
1 box Velveeta
1 can cream of celery soup
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp. chopped green chilies
2 tbsp. oil

Saute onion and peppers in oil until tender. Melt cheese and celery soup in a double boiler. Add sauteed mixture. Add water or milk to thin to desired consistency for dipping.
