CHILI CON QUESO 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. shredded Colby cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
1 can Hormel chili without beans
1 can Cheddar cheese soup

Mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook on low 4 hours. Stir occasionally. This recipe can be doubled.

VARIATION - Marie Delisle:

1 can Hormel chili without beans
1/2-1 c. Velveeta cheese

Heat in microwave for about 5 minutes, until cheese melts. Great with nacho chips.

VARIATION:

1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 jar (8 oz.) processed cheese spread
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
Dash of chili powder

In 1 quart casserole, heat all ingredients in microwave for 5-6 minutes, or until cheese melts, stirring once. Serve with corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
