BARBECUE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. fresh crumbs
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix 1/2 can tomato sauce with egg, sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; then add and blend into crumbs, meat, and onion.

Add salt and pepper and meat loaf. Mix remaining tomato sauce with 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of mustard, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yields 5-6 servings.
