CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, cut small
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. American cheese, cubed
1 small onion, chopped
Buttered bread crumbs

While macaroni is cooking (according to package directions), combine soup, corned beef, milk, cheese and onion. Drain macaroni and spread in large flat Pyrex baking dish. Pour combined ingredients over macaroni and stir lightly. Top with buttered bread crumbs.

To make buttered bread crumbs: Cut slices of bread in 1/2 inch cubes and toss in melted butter. Serves 6 to 8.
