GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 med. onion, chopped 1 med. bell pepper, chopped Saute until soft. 1 can mushroom soup 2 c. shell macaroni, cooked per pkg. directions 3 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. cans) 1 can cream style corn 2 lb. ground chuck, browned 1 c. sharp cheese, grated Mix all together and put cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Note: Drain browned chuck before adding other ingredients. |
