FROSTED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. cauliflower
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. vegit or salt
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Remove leaves and base from cauliflower and cook whole. Stir to blend mayonnaise, mustard and vegit then frost evenly over cooked cauliflower. Top with cheese. Microwave 1 minute until cheese melts. Sprinkle with paprika. (Frosting can also be used over cooked broccoli.)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
