PORK CHOPS ON RICE 
1 - 3 c. rice (adjust to family size)
4 thick pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 - 2 cans water (adjust to rice amount)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or 1 c. fresh mushrooms
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into sm. cubes
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Place uncooked rice on bottom. Mix all remaining ingredients except meat, in separate bowl. Pour 1/2 of mixture over rice. Place pork chops on top and pour over remaining mixture. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake to deseired consistency or browned.
