LOW FAT COCKTAIL MEATBALLS 
1 sm. bottle ketchup
10 oz. grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1/4 c. oat bran cereal (Quaker red box)

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan. Heat until bubbling. Mix turkey with oat bran and form into walnut size balls. Drop balls into bubbling mixture to cook for 30 minutes. Serve hot with toothpicks.
