MEXICALI GRITS 
3/4 c. grits
3 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. sharp cheese
4 oz. jalapeno cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can green chilis, chopped
3 drops Tabasco sauce
6 tbsp. butter

Add grits to salted water, boil until thick. Add butter and cheese. Add 2 beaten eggs, continue to stir; bring to a boil and add chilis and Tabasco sauce. Put in 9 x 9 inch pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle top lightly with paprika.
