STRAWBERRY JELLO SUPREME 
2 sm. boxes strawberry jello
2 c. hot water
1 lb. fresh or frozen strawberries (include liquid)
1 sm. can crushed pineapple (include liquid)
2 bananas, sliced
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Mix hot water and jello. Add strawberries and crushed pineapple. Arrange slices of one banana in bottom of 9x13 inch glass pan. Pour in 1/2 of jello mixture. Let stand in refrigerator 30-45 minutes.

Spread sour cream over top of set jello mixture. Arrange slices of one banana on top of sour cream. Pour remaining jello mixture over bananas. Let entire jello salad set in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve. Yield 12 servings.
