STRAWBERRY MARMALADE 
2 oranges
2 lemons
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 qt. strawberries
7 c. sugar
1/2 bottle Certo (fruit pectin)

Remove peel from oranges and lemons; cut off white membrane; put peels through food chopper; add water and soda; heat until boiling. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add orange and lemon. Simmer 20 minutes. Add crushed strawberries and sugar. Heat until boiling. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stirring in Certo. Let stand 5 minutes. Skim, seal in hot sterilized jars. Makes 12 jars.
