FRIED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
3 eggs
1/2 c. half & half
Italian bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Cut core from cabbage. Cut into 6 wedges. Place in a steamer and steam until tender. Cool completely. Beat eggs and half & half. Dip cabbage wedges in egg mixture, then bread crumbs.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet. Fry cabbage over medium heat until browned lightly on all sides. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
