SOUTHERN FRIED CABBAGE | |
1 sm. green cabbage, cored and shredded 4 tsp. bacon fat 2 tbsp. red pepper flakes 1/2 tsp. salt Heat bacon fat in a skillet, toss in the cabbage and stir until it is glistening. Lower heat. Add pepper flakes and salt. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally until barely done, about 10 minutes. Serves 4. |
