STIR FRIED CABBAGE 
3 slices bacon, chopped bite size
1 lg. green pepper, sliced thin
1 lg. tomato, peeled & chopped
3 stalks celery, cut diagonally in thin slices
1 sm. cabbage, shredded
1 lg. onion, sliced thin

Fry bacon in wok or skillet until crisp, remove bacon leaving drippings in wok. Set bacon aside. Add vegetables to wok, stir fry over high heat for 8-10 minutes. Cover, reduce heat. Simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with bacon.
