COTTAGE CHEESE HERB BREAD 
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. lukewarm cottage cheese
1 egg
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Soften yeast in water. Beat together cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda, egg and yeast. Add flour to form stiff dough. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 hour or so until double. Stir down and turn into a well-greased 8 inch round casserole. Let rise 40 minutes, and bake 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
