PAM'S CHICKEN SALAD 
MARINADE:

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. dill weed

DRESSING:

1/2 c. celery
1/4 c. onion
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

One whole chicken, celery tops and 1 med. onion. Simmer in salted water 1 1/2 hours. Remove meat from bones and dice. Place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with marinade; cover and chill. Add dressing, cashew nuts or grapes. Can be used as a sandwich filling or as a salad on a lettuce leaf.
