PAM'S HOT CHICKEN WINGS 
8 oz. Durekk hot sauce
2 sticks butter
1/2 fresh lemon
Liquid smoke (to your taste)
5 lb. chicken wings

Deep fry chicken wings until browned. Drain on paper towels. Combine first 5 ingredients and simmer chicken wings in sauce 20 minutes. Take wings from sauce, place in baking dish in oven at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
