PASTRY SURPRISES 
1 pkg. refrigerator turnover pastries
Sm. marinated shrimp, salted pecans, stuffed olives, bite-sized sausage slices, pitted ripe olives, smoked oysters, etc.

Set aside fruit filling and icing for another use. Unroll turnover dough and cut each square into 4 squares or triangles. Wrap 1 of the suggested fillings in each piece of dough. Pinch edges to seal. Bake 7 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve hot with Hot Sweet Sauce below. Makes 32 canapes.

HOT SWEET SAUCE:

1 jar (10 oz.) currant jelly
1 jar (6 oz.) prepared mustard

Melt jelly over low heat and stir in mustard until well blended. Serve hot or cold.
