1 c. butter, softened 2 c. flour 1 tsp. almond extract 1 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs Pie filling (canned), any flavor 1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 2. Add eggs, one at a time, add extract and flour and mix well. 3. Pour into well greased 10"x15" pan and spread. 4. Section off 15 squares with tip of knife. 5. Dab pie filling into center of each square. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. 6. Cool, dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares with pie filling in center of each. Feeds approximately 15. |
